Vector|ly
Vector|ly

A CRM that gets out of your way.

The pipeline tool for operators who got tired of paying for seats they never filled, fighting reports that wouldn't load, and sitting through onboarding that ate a quarter.

No lock-in. Export everything as CSV on any plan. Your data stays yours.

§ 01 — Why

Most CRMs are built to be bought. Vectorly is built to be used.

01

Live in an afternoon

Import your contacts, define your stages, send your first sequence the same day. No onboarding call, no implementation quarter.

02

Auditable by default

Every record carries its history — who changed what, and when. Nothing happens in a black box you can't inspect.

03

Never held hostage

Full CSV export on every plan, and a real API on Business and up. The day Vectorly stops earning its keep, you walk out with all of it.

§ 02 — What you actually get

A pipeline that mirrors how you sell

Drag deals through stages you define — not a vendor's idea of your funnel.

Follow-ups that read like you wrote them

Sent from your own inbox — not a marketing blast server — and they stop the instant someone replies. No workflow diagrams.

Invoices that get paid

Send, track, and reconcile — Stripe-ready, with receipts in your customer's language.

Forms that fill your pipeline

Embed one clean snippet anywhere. Leads land as contacts and deals on their own — no copy-paste, no Zapier in the middle.

Automations without the diagram soup

Plain triggers: lead arrives → tag, email, move stage. If rerouting a lead needs a certified admin, you're thinking of Salesforce.

Your numbers, on demand

Dashboards that load fast and tell the truth — revenue, pipeline, activity, at a glance.

§ 03 — The AI SDR

An AI SDR you can actually leave running.

The "autonomous AI BDR" crowd promised 10,000 emails a day — and torched their customers' domains doing it. This isn't that. It works the whole loop from your own inbox, asks before it's unsure, and quits the instant someone replies.

01 · Source

Find or bring leads

Plug in Apollo, Hunter, or People Data Labs — or import the list you already have.

02 · Verify

Checked before they're touched

Every address is verified, so a dead inbox never burns your sender reputation.

03 · Write

A real email each

AI researches each contact and writes a genuine opener — not a mail-merge with a {first_name} hole.

04 · Approve

You stay in control

Nothing leaves until you approve it. Or let autopilot send the routine ones — inside hard guardrails, never blind.

05 · Send

From your own inbox

Out of your Gmail or Outlook, rate-paced under daily send limits — not a shared marketing blast server.

06 · Reply

Follow up, then triage

It chases until they answer, stops the instant they do, and drops every reply into one inbox sorted by intent.

Deliverability

Email verification, daily send pacing, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks keep you landing in the inbox — not the spam folder.

In your CRM

It lives inside the CRM, not a separate outbound app — so every reply, deal, and invoice stays in one place instead of scattered across five tools.

§ 04 — Security & your data

Your customer list is the business. We hold it like one.

01

Isolated by tenant

Every read and write is scoped to your organization at the application layer. Your records never share a view with anyone else's — isolation isn't a setting you remember to turn on.

02

Encrypted, role-gated

TLS on everything in transit. Connected inboxes and payment keys are encrypted at rest. Access inside your organization is role-based, down to who can see what.

03

US-hosted, straight answers

Hosted in the United States. If a breach ever touches your data, a human notifies you within 72 hours — not a press release you find out about months later.

Your data

Export everything as CSV on any plan, pull it via the API on Business and up, or ask us to delete it — your data, your call. Read the privacy policy →

§ 05 — Pricing

Flat per organization. Bring the whole team — you pay for the size of your book, not your headcount.

§ 06 — Why this exists

Vectorly is the CRM we wanted and couldn't buy, so we built it.

It started inside Vector Echelon as the system we ran our own operation on. We'd used the big names — paid for seats we never filled, fought reports that wouldn't load, and watched simple things take a quarter to set up. So we stopped renting and started building.

The rule was simple: every feature has to earn its place, and nothing gets between an operator and their work. If it isn't fast, auditable, and yours to leave with, it doesn't ship.

That's the whole pitch. A CRM that does the obvious things exceptionally well, stays out of your way, and never holds your data hostage. If that's the tool you've been looking for, it's here.

— Built by the team behind Vector Echelon.
